Gulf Shores opens its 2026 resident satisfaction survey

The third biennial survey goes to a random sample by mail, with an online version open to all residents.

Gulf Shores launched its third biennial Resident Satisfaction Survey, run by the consulting firm ETC Institute. Randomly selected full-time residents get it by mail; anyone else can take the online version on the city's survey page. The city says it will compare results with past surveys and similar communities.
